The Carson City area s first ramen restaurant will be opening soon on Topsy Lane according to a sign on the shop’s door. Bowls n Go is owned by Osu Kwon, the owner of Poke Doke and well-known sushi chef.
PokeDoke, Carson City’s first ever Poke restaurant, opened Feb. 4 at their new location on Topsy Lane. The restaurant is a collaboration between master sushi chefs Osu Kwon, the man behind Reno’s Hiroba and Carson City’s Tomo, and Master Chef Marlon Alvarado.
