WOLFEBORO — Eight months after a boating hit-and-run accident on Lake Winnipesaukee, a Pelham man has been arrested for his involvement in the late-night crash.
GILFORD A Pelham man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run boating crash that occurred on Lake Winnipesaukee last August, according to the New Hampshire State Police. Demosthenes Macheras, 69, was taken into custody this morning with the assistance of the Pelham Police Department. He faces misdemeanor charges of Simple Assault and Hindering
