not for me but they are a thing for some people. can you imagine a future with no driving at all? however, people do say, you know, the people that drive behind the wheel are sometimes scary. cnn spent more than a year traveling the country talking to technology and transportation experts who say driving could be a thing of the past. senior digital correspondent chris moody has more here. reporter: i ve spent the past year traveling the country talking to entrepreneurs and test drivers who are building the cars of tomorrow and when they imagine the future? driving the car isn t part of it. i asked them all the same thing what will the future look like? and what will it take to get there? what i found was really exciting. but, also, a bit shocking.
