Im at the smart dealership in San Francisco where two of the damaged cars have been taken. This is what an in tact smart car looks like. Its very small. And apparently, very easy to tip. One smart car was flipped on to its roof. Another on to its side just a few blocks away. And this smart car was flipped on to its tail in the nearby neighborhood. A neighbor says he saw eight hooded figures on the street at 1 00 a. M. I thought they looked like they were up to no good. And sure enough they walk up to this smart car right here, all huddle around it. And then just lift it up and set it on its back.
