Kilgore High School held its first-ever Career and Technical Education (CTE) Signing Day Tuesday, celebrating the achievements of Kilgore students who are continuing their CTE educations in college.
The Kilgore High School Welding team traveled to Huntsville on March 1 to compete in the Hornet Five Welding Call Out competition. Several of the welding students placed in the contest and are advancing to the state competition to be held on May 8 and 9. Chelsi Rocha is the first female welder to ever qualify for state from KHS.
