先ごろ、筋肉だけではない健康的なボディの美しさ競うコンテスト『ベストボディ・ジャパン（BBJ） 2021関東大会』が開催された。レディースクラス（30歳～39歳）に出場したマシンピラティスのインストラクター大澤麻菜さん（35）は、3児の母とは思えない美しく鍛え上げた肉体を披露した。産後ダイエットをきっかけに、ピラティスにハマり、約20キロの減量に成功。トレーニングを続ける秘訣や心の変化について聞いた。
