Taking into account the current level of risk, the predicted strength of the next round of inclement weather and the capacity of of the lake associated with the storms, we have concluded that it is safe to reduce the immediate Evacuation Order currently in place to an evacuation warning. This says the sheriff properly balances the needs of people to resume their normal lives and being prepared and ready to deal with future threats that may arise. By sunday the lake will be more than 50 feet below the emergency spill level and armoring on the regular spillways gaining hole with thousands of rocks and allow dam operators to release large but manageable amounts of water out of the dam as more rain eventually that massive snow melt enter.
