TROY Vermont State Police arrested a 35-year-old Johnson man on charges of DUI – Drug and operating after criminal suspension on April 20. At approximately 5:25 p.m., authorities received a report from a concerned citizen about a man who seemed impaired in a parked vehicle at the Troy Country Store on VT Route 100.
