What is great about these homes as far as being built for this environment is they are raised. They cant be ventilated. They have windows and doors and all sides. Good for air circulation. Construction is what is the best thing about it. They have cyprus framing, and its the old river cyprus that grows in water. It doesnt get flood damaged.
