Just like the Top 15, the Top 20 of Mediabase’s hot adult contemporary airplay chart welcomes two additions this week.
Rob Thomas’ “Trust You,” the higher-charting of the two, claims #17 on this week’s chart. Up five places, “Trust You” received 1,716 plays during the June 21-27 tracking week (+295).
“Trust You” serves as the lead single for Thomas’ forthcoming “The Great Unknown.”
Also new to the weekly Top 20 is Adam Lambert’s “Ghost Town.” Up three places this week, “Ghost Town” scores #18 on the strength of its 1,656 weekly plays (+154).
Featured on Lambert’s “The Original High,” which claimed #3 on this past week’s Billboard 200, “Ghost Town” is also charting at #29 (-1) on the Mediabase pop chart.

Currently on hiatus, CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden” will return with originals during the week of July 13.
To build anticipation for that impending return, CBS confirmed several interview and musical guests.
One of the musical guests is Adam Lambert, who is slated to perform on the July 16 edition of the show. Lambert’s performance follows the recent release of his album “The Original High.”
The upcoming string of “Corden” episodes will also feature a performance by Best Coast. The duo will take the stage on July 14.
Other confirmed guests include Chris Tucker (7/13), Judy Greer (7/13), Jim Gaffigan (7/14), Kid Cudi (7/15) and Ian McKellen (7/16).
10. Another Lonely Night
On the second and final single from Lambert’s moody third album, 2015’s
The Original High, the star reins in his soaring vocals (relatively speaking, of course) to deliver an emotional, synth-driven ballad that sounds straight out of ‘80s pop radio.
9. Two Fux
His sole floater single of 2017, “Two Fux” is a glam-rock testament to Lambert’s artistic ethos of unapologetic individuality. Though a full-length LP never materialized following its release, Lambert debuted the song during a special mini-concert with Queen on
Jimmy Kimmel Live!
This album cut from 2012’s
Trespassing proved that Lambert could do much more than glam rock and electropop. Teaming up with Nile Rodgers and Sam Sparro, the star delivered his own unique brand of delectable, lurching funk.
