We cannot tolerate an unsecure border and a policy of immigration that is based on illegal immigration. We have to look at the law and the incentives for immigration. I would look at defered action of childhood arrivals as an incentive that creates this problem. That is what i want to gleam from the testimony and questions we are ask.
