If i knew that these costsharing reduction subsidies were coming, it would be 10 . I can eliminate 20 of the anticipated increase in premium cost if these subsidies came through. Well, its pretty clear to me, this is sound policy on a bipartisan basis that would have a dramatic impact in reducing the costs of the subsidy the cost of premiums to many individuals.
