who were in the courtroom every day of this trial and last trial, we were so overwhelmed with emotion, we were sobbing, we were, again, trying to contain our gasps and our moans that we were asked to leave the courtroom. order in the court. order in the court as we were sobbing so they escorted us out and we missed all that dramatic. i heard bill cosby shouted out a profanity. yeah, he did. he did indeed. he was shouting in the courtroom when this whole issue of whether or not he should be allowed to go home or should be isn t to jail right away. the judge said i m not simply going to lock him up right now. he cited his previous track record of appearing at every court appearance over the past two and a half years and then the judge told one of the prosecutors you re making a very big deal of something where there is very high bail. he s out on $1 million bail. so from your perspective, lily,
your son out. why should you be told take a number. the deputies say this guy, jim howe has been antagonizing the deputies there since the policy has changed. the policy is such that if you come in the car the time for picking your kid up is different than if you are walking a kid home. they need a system, clayton. you may not agree with the system but they need a system as they said when i pick up my son there is the kids going on the bus. they go after the parents who were there waiting to pick up their kids. that s the system. other parents say just because my kid is taking the bus he is being discriminated against and is he getting out three and a half minutes late. final word? there was nothing unsafe about what this father was done. you broke the rules. he should not have been arrested but he did brake the rules. break the bad rules. when he is the superintendent he can make the rules. order in the court. yes. jonah and arthur great to see you this morning.
democrats, kay hagen of north carolina, mary landrieu from louisiana and mark begich from alaska. two senators, landrieu and begich, already told cnn they won t vote to strip money from health care. just nine days remain for the senate to vote on its plan to fund the government without cutting obama care and pass the buck back to the house. now senate democrats intend to strip the defund obama care provision from the bill and they will do that and take up the debate sometime in the next week. then we expect the house will vote again late next week or next weekend and their goal, of course, is to not shut down the government october 1st. erin mcpike, thanks so much. order in the court? not so much. more than a dozen people injured in a massive brawl that started in the courtroom and spilled out into the streets.

the cheering continued all the way to midnight and, therefore, into the new day and past the deadline. the cheering crowd and the democrats had run out the clock by bam boozeling the republicans. the special session was done, it was over. now, republicans who had held wendy davis to the letters of the law about her filibuster down to the point where they would not allow anyone help her fasten her back brace, those republicans would not break the rules by passing a bill into law after the deadline, after the official midnight end to the legislative session? would they do that? order in the court. mr. president, what time does the session end?
