Fortius PE keeps children moving with virtual activities including skipping, tennis, football, and yoga. Andy Steckbeck, a school games organiser for Fortius, says lots of youngsters from Swindon are getting involved. He said: “We get children engaged in physical activity by entering in our competitions or activities. “In the past 10 months, children being involved in fitness has been affected greatly, so we’re trying to get schools to be involved in our virtual activities so the children can do it at home. “It’s so important to stay active right now, especially as we’re in lockdown. “It’s important for our mental health and physical health, we need to stay active because it can have a huge impact.”
