Chief Operations Officer (COO)
It’s an exciting time here at Revolution Brewing - we’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our brewery operations. In this role you’ll lead and be held accountable for critical brewery functions, such as brewing and cellaring, quality, logistics, and maintenance. You’ll work side by side with Rev’s executives to define clear goals and objectives for the brewery ops.
To help you achieve this, you’ll have a great group of department leaders you’ll mentor and support as they execute our primary work of brewing, packaging and shipping high quality beer. As COO you’ll encourage collaboration and communication using our various information systems & processes. There will be minimal downtime since you’ll have a finger on the pulse for labor needs and performance, helping ensure our positive work environment we’ve created.
