Wegmans has issued a voluntarily recall on the following products due to a possible salmonella contamination: micro greens, cat grass and a baby kale and baby spinach mix with sweat pea leaves. The affected products were sold at stores in seven states, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Consumers who return the products will receive full refunds.
