11766A gun-for-hire group member tagged as one of the most wanted persons in Region 3 (Central Luzon) was arrested by authorities in Barangay Talimundok, Orani, Bataan last Wednesday, June 9.
A report from the Orani Municipal Police Station identified the suspect as Allan Bautista dela Cruz, alias “Paeng,” a member of the Viray Criminal Group of Bulacan and a resident of Barangay Mahipon, Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
He was apprehended by a team of Bulacan and Bataan police operatives on the strength of eight warrants of arrest for the crimes of murder, frustrated murder, and attempted murder.
Confiscated from Dela Cruz were a .45-caliber pistol with magazine and a Toyota Fortuner with license plates CAM 6045, police said.
