A Montgomery teen has been indicted on capital murder charges amid accusations he targeted witnesses who previously testified against him.
Elijah Reese, now 18, is indicted on three counts of capital murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with the separate killings of a man and a woman, and the wounding of another woman.
The indictments were issued April 12 and made public May 4.

Cole was fatally shot about 5:15 p.m. while on a ladder that Friday night in the 4500 block of Delray Road.
