Orange Township searching for administrator after Westerville official turns down offer Dean Narciso, The Columbus Dispatch © Dean Narciso Orange Township Hall which serves 27,000 residents in southern Delaware County Orange Township officials gave no explanation during a meeting this week for why they changed course on the selection made earlier this month of a Westerville official to be their new township administrator. As it turns out, Joseph Fourqurean declined the job. Trustee Debbie Taranto confirmed Wednesday to the Dispatch in an email that  He (Fourqurean) chose not to accept the position after it was offered to him. All three township trustees instead agreed on Monday to begin a formal search for the township s top position and to name Michele Boni, the township s planning and zoning director, as interim administrator.
