FOX13 learned that 18 people of interest have been identified by the Memphis Police Department (MPD) in connection to a mass shooting at an Orange Mound block party.
The reward for information leading to the arrest of the people responsible for a mass shooting at a block party in Orange Mound has increased to $25,000.
