This is a celebration of comedy writer and actress Caroline Aherne, featuring highlights of her work for the BBC, including
The Mrs Merton Show,
The Fast Show and
The Royle Family.
As well as being a master at comedy, Aherne was also a great character actor, and every role she played really stood out. She was only 52 when she died in 2016.
