此次发布的典型案例包括陕西省志丹县检察院督促保护保安革命旧址行政公益诉讼案等14件，涉案红色资源类型丰富，有陕西省志丹县的保安革命旧址等全国重点文物保护单位；有革命烈士故居或烈士纪念设施，如江西省宜丰县的熊雄烈士故居；有涉及红军、新四军的革命旧址或抗日战争、解放战争的红色遗存，如中央红军长征途中重要战斗地点之一的贵州省遵义市刀靶水红色遗址；还有特殊历史时期的红色资源，如“两弹一星”诞生地之一的新疆维吾尔自治区和硕县马兰红山军博园军事遗迹。 据介绍，此次发布的典型案例注重红色资源保护利用的协同共治。检察机关在办理革命文物、英烈纪念设施等红色资源保护案件中主动与地方政府以及文物保护、退役军人事务保障、环保、民政等部门加强沟通协作，形成红色资源保护合力，提升协同共治�
