Norfolk Southern (NS) and consultancy WSP US have added new executives to their rosters. Hunt Cary, a 28-year railroader, will become NS Vice President Operations Efficiency on Feb. 15. This is his second stint at the Class I railroad, where he began his career in 1993 as a transportation management trainee and advanced to Superintendent of the Knoxville, Tenn., rail terminal. In 2003, Cary joined CN as Superintendent of the Michigan zone and rose to Assistant Vice President Supply Chain Solutions.
