Relaunching under the signature of Anouska Hempel Design, the new-look heritage boutique hotel has cemented its place in the upper echelons of Singapore’s dynamic hotel scene. We take a look inside.
Oriental design inspiration
Duxton Reserve embodies Anouska Hempel’s signature style with imagination and Oriental spirit. Guests can expect striking hues of black, yellow and gold paired with Oriental screens and calligraphy wallpaper.
Each of the guest rooms, with local and historically inspired names ranging from Opium to Pearl, is designed to suit a different mood and aesthetic preference. The jet-black Opium Suites pair black walls with four-poster Chinese platform beds, while the Pearl Suites feature white walls and dressers inlaid with mother-of-pearl.
