Shot and killed here in san leandro. Prior to being shot he was involved in a string of crimes. The first call came in to Oakland Police as a carjack in their pursuit they lost him and later they found the car, and it was abandoned on 580 facing the wrong way but it was empty. They got another report of a carjacking attempt that was unsuccessful and they got a suspect description and he was found walking on northbound 238. That is when he ran away.
