The National Housing Corporation (NHC) is set to launch a new programme called Hurricane StrapIt, as Government moves to retrofit roofs.
Minister of Housing and Lands Dr William Duguid revealed this yesterday during a visit to Rosemont in Deacons, St Michael, where he and a team of officials were doing assessments in the wake of damage sustained from Hurricane Elsa.
