Operation Rudolph in need of gifts to fulfil teens wish lists Toys, a book and a mask. Yes – it s Christmas 2020. Children receiving gifts through Operation Rudolph will not only receive toys that are on their wish list and a book – each child will also get a child-size mask. Karol Williams made over 100 cloth masks that fit children of all ages, and these are being added to the gifts, so youth have a safe, effective cloth mask that fits them. They have fun patterns that children will want to wear, said Kim Schmith, Kiwanis board member and Operation Rudolph coordinator. The Madras Kiwanis Club oversees the community program that serves the lowest-income youth and families of Jefferson County communities during the Christmas season, providing gifts and food.
