likely to caucus with the democrats, a spectacular winning move. that s why bill clinton was putting the pressure on. clinton has unique standing with the black community and could have been the man to broker the deal. bret: by the way, the wall street journal had the story first at the beginning of october. shot down by all campaigns but this is suggesting that it got really down the road. i am with juan. this is run of the mill cynicism and what you d want to do if you want to win. what is interesting is rubio admitted today that his lead has narrowed. it s down to seven points. while ago it was 15 or perhaps even more. so there already is a natural slippage away in the meek constituency, which is wanting to go with a winner. i suspect had they pulled it off crist might have won, but this is way late in the game. and i think now the cynicism is going to hit, that their constituency a little bit. it may depress the vote. bret: we ll follow the story tomorrow on special report
