finally tonight here, on this international women s day, the women, the mothers we have followed here for nearly a year. america strong. they are the women across this country who have been documenting their lives for us for months in this pandemic. this is where i work. parenting, working and many of them doing the teaching, too. opal foster with her son jeremiah. she lost her job in this pandemic, too. i was let go of my job in march of 2020. thankfully, i had freelancing work to fall back on. i recently got a job in december of 2020 working for one of the local down syndrome networks here in maryland. i don t have down syndrome. okay! opal on the balancing act that s now gone on for a year. usually this is where we sit. if i can squeeze in a little bit of work while he s home schooling, great.
