Indian Naval Ship INS Sumedha conducted a goodwill visit to Namibia s Walvis Bay from November 10-13. The visit included cross-deck visits, interactions with Namibian government officials, and a special reception on board, reflecting growing ties. A session on Yoga and Ayurveda was held, with Namibian Navy personnel joining the team of INS Sumedha for a Yoga session.
