sunday and that s just as governor christie s house. and that s your morning dish of politics. and now we turn to bill karins. you have to love someone who pokes fun at themselves. everyone feels it s okay to laugh too, i guess. i guess. yeah, he s what does that say about the fat jokes? they re just going to keep coming. from letterman, probably. we have snow this morning. not a lot. this is the snow that yesterday started in the midwest. it caused a lot of problems around chicago. two to three inches. the morning commute was rough in chicago. a couple hundred flights were canceled. that system is now over the top of new york city this morning. it s much weaker. it doesn t have a good punch to it. only a few snowflakes here and there on our time square camera. the suburbs, just about a dusting to a half inch. that s about it. on radar, it doesn t look that impressive either. the white shows you the snow. it is really confined from an area around trenton to northern new j
i remember seeing one of them going off about ten miles off my nose, which blew up a brand new site just put in place by the libyans. he says the libyans were overwhelmed. i don t think the libyans had us on radar. i think they were surprised. it was obvious we had caught them by surprise. you know, we were 200 feet above the sea, mediterranean sea. we had our radars off. we had our lights off. it was all done on timing. the tactical part of it was beautifully synchronized. beautifully done. they haven t updated the anti-aircraft much in the decade since his mission. there s still a threat to running a no-fly zone operation. it s actually a very good system. even if most of the military targets are right along the coast. their radars can reach hundreds of miles over the coast so they can see the nato forces coming into their country. attacking aircraft would quickly find themselves over the

day some of the heaviest snow. come on, computer there we go. heavy snow, places like los angeles and san diego, you re also seeing white pop up on radar. let me help you out there. radar. i m thinking about kids in the minivan. my gosh. yes, on radar, we re seeing some of that pile up. in terms of the snowfall, it s really going to get more intense later on this afternoon, into the evening hours too. and it s not just going to be in parts of california, but also the wasatch range, the central rockies, 1 to 2 feet, other places 2 to 3 feet, and coupled with that especially on parts of i-15, wind topping 40 to 50 miles per hour. it seems like this is the winter that will never end. meanwhile, we re catching a little bit of a break across the nation s midsection. high pressure s building in, but cool air is going to be filtering in from the u.s./canadian border from parts of the south. and with that, you re feeling it in kansas city, 39 degrees the
