OneWall closes on $100M in suburban multifamily acquisitions

Stamford, CT-based OneWall Partners has acquired two suburban multifamily communities in separate deals totaling nearly $100 million. It has bought the newly rebranded Hopkins Point (pictured top), formerly Whispering Woods, a suburban Baltimore rental property for $66 million from the Kushner Cos. The 39-acre property is 98 percent occupied and consists of 524 market-rate townhomes. Oak Grove Apartments And it has acquired Oak Grove Apartments & Townhomes, also in suburban Baltimore, for $32.5 million from Morgan Properties, the nation’s largest private multifamily housing owner.
