Young Variety date night fundraiser goes virtual Friday, January 22, 2021 10:40 AM Young Variety, the young professionals’ arm of Variety – the Children’s Charity of Iowa, will take its Charity Date Night fundraiser virtual this year, offering a Valentine’s Day date night charcuterie package for donors to enjoy at home. Young Variety is partnering with One Board Gal, a local charcuterie business, to offer the packages, which can be purchased through Feb. 5 at www.varietyiowa.com. Packages must be picked up between 4 and 6 p.m. on Feb. 12 at Mainframe Studios in Des Moines. Each package includes two 8-ounce charcuterie boxes by One Board Gal, a bag of Almost Famous popcorn, cookies from She Bakes Cookies, cookies from One Sweet Kitchen, and a bottle of wine.
