Police in Belize City are investigating a shooting incident that left one man dead and four others injured.
On Saturday, December 19 at 6:05p.m., a white SUV stopped in front of the newly opened St. Martins One Stop Auto Care located on Partridge Street Extension. Shortly thereafter, someone from the vehicle fired a barrage of shots at the men who were working at the establishment. When the hail of bullets subsided, Terrence Rhaburn, 30; Keith Stuart, 34; Albert Clother, 33; Jamaal Jackson, 33; and Jermaine Garnett, 38, sustained injuries.
All the men were rushed to the KHMH where Terrence Rhaburn died while receiving treatment.

As many as twenty spent nine millimeter shells were recovered from the scene of the shooting at the New Community Resource Hub. According to police, a white sports utility vehicle arrived at the location shortly after six o’clock and someone inside unleashed a hail of bullets on the unsuspecting men.
