Welcome to the 2021 State of the City address. A special welcome to City employees, community leaders, and residents of Sioux Fallsâthank you for joining us.
I am thrilled to present this yearâs address on the stage of the iconic State Theatre in the heart of downtown. After a 30-year intermission, it is exciting to have the crown jewel of downtown open to the public once again and be a part of downtownâs vibrancy. A special thank you to the team of the State Theatre for hosting us and for your dedication to getting the theater to where it is today.
