NORTH EAST — Cecil College will host a community shred event on Monday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or until at capacity) in celebration of Earth Day.
Civil War Weekend is Saturday and Sunday at Veterans Memorial Park in Rising Sun where the Union and Confederate armies will come alive, complete with skirmishes both days.
