Commercial real estate property transfers are booming as major commercial developments take root in Williamson County s business district in Cool Springs. The top two commercial sales in the county this year hover at $200 million, which include the multi-property sales of major business parks in Franklin Two Franklin Park ($100 million) and One Franklin Park (almost $100 million), encompassing over 550,000 square feet of premier Class A office space across 72 acres.
