repeal title 42. as someone who admires the president and many members on the team, this one con found me a bit as to how this is going to help a challenge and a problem we have. if i were him i would do three things. first i would convene my senior staff and cabinet secretary and give them 60 days to coordinate policy, to figure out what resources are needed in various agencies and as a part of that i would convene even some of the governors and mayors in border states to figure out how we can coordinate better. take some of the politics out of this to the extent that he can as a part of that plan, bret, i would also figure out ways in which to determine how we invest in the southern hemisphere, our own hemisphere as we seek investments and have investments all across the globe. i would give national address on a border state maybe arizona and lay out for the country here is the challenge and here is what i am going to do and here is the buy in i have from all of our partners. as of r
