LIBERTY A man accused of being the lookout in the shooting of a pizza deliveryman April 15 was arraigned on complicity charges Wednesday in Girard Municipal Court. Jermaine D. Stroughter Jr., 22, of Dickson Street, Youngstown, pleaded not guilty before Girard Municipal Judge Jeffrey Adler to two counts of complicity as well as carrying a concealed weapon and having weapons under restrictions. Stroughter, who was arrested about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 4200 block of Belmont Avenue in Liberty, was given a $50,000 bond and a preliminary hearing set for 9 a.m. May 5 in Adler’s court. Reports say Stroughter is accused of helping to plan the robbery and standing by with a loaded gun as a man bringing a pie from Dominos was shot in the back. The shooting happened about 11 p.m. April 15 outside a home in the 400 block of Montrose Avenue.
