Rivers Casino Philadelphia is hosting Party on the Pier on Sunday, Sept. 4, starting at 6 p.m. The free event features food trucks, live music and games, such as corn hole and giant Jenga. At 9 p.m., a fireworks display will light up over the Delaware River.
