Tracy and Patrick Mullaney of La Crosse, pictured when they were announced as Irish Rose and Irish Man last year, will get their chance after a yearlong COVID postponement. (WKBT News Now photo)
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) If the names Patrick and Tracy Mullaney sound familiar as being the Irishman and Irish Rose for the IrishFest St. Patrick’s Day Parade, it’s because they are.
The La Crosse couple, whose reign over the parade and other festivities last year was stymied when COVID-19 forced a last-minute cancellation of the parade last year, will celebrate their luck of the Irish as royalty for this year’s parade through downtown La Crosse at noon March 13.
