good evening, trace, less than 48 hours after the shooting in monterey park, we have another mass shooting in california, this time in the northern part of the state. investigators say seven were shot and killed in san mateo county near the coastal town of half moon bay which is just south of san francisco, we are told that there were two different scenes, both agricultural sites, the first location four were killed, if it was taken to the hospital. three were then killed at a second location, 67-year-old was later arrested and was reportedly found in his car in a parking lot where the local sheriff s substation. they had their guns strong and approached from behind the car, type formation, and got up to the car and were probably a few feet behind it, six or so and asked him to get out. speak at the sheriff s office says they have no idea what motivated the suspect in half moon bay, and that s the same situation investigators are dealing with in monterey park, they do not
that the maga extremists have put on the bill on the floor of the house. go back to what is sensible, and go back to that and strip out all of this garbage and yes, i would vote for that and i did and i would again. we have sources saying that there are a few democrats and a handful of democrats who may vote on this final version the way it is now, and what is the concern of this and are the democrats united against this bill or do you see some breaking off? well, we always expect the democrats of a few, and maybe more than that to vote for any particular piece of legislation. we don t handcuff the team. we allow them to do what is necessary. on the other hand, the republicans who vote for this are going to be held accountable in the elections ahead, and it is clearly a problem for the
representative nancy mayze. she voted for that bill, and she said it is to be out of bounds to vote for elective procedures and the fact that the amendment is added is why we expect a large number of the democrats to vote against it including democratic leadership, and even if the bill passes house which we expect to happen later this morning, it is this version that is unlikely to reach the president s desk given the democratic-led senate and the white house s opposition to many of the provisions there, but it is going to set up a huge clash in the coming year over the key national security priorities and a real indication of how kevin mccarthy, the speaker of the house, runs house and the conference and caters to the whims of the right, but trying to keep his conference in line. kate? all right. manu, stick close, because a number of moving parts that are happening in the show, and in the next hour where we could be seeing. what you are look at here is a live camera outside of the

58-1, and not unanimous, by 58-1 vote, and democrats and republicans voting for it. some of the provisions were in the bill, but they were dealing with the overarching diversity and women, and then hijacked here on the floor of the house in the last two days by the radical maga republicans forced into this bill extreme policies on social issues from women s rights, health care issues all of the way to diversity, and how we deal, and recruit into this, and deal with the minorities in america. so, i just want to be clear we have to recognize what has happened here. and congressman, are you saying that the transgender rights policy, and getting rid of the diversity policies, and if those amendments do not come out, you will support this bill, but otherwise, you would? i am an absolute no on the bill, because of the amendments
