bryan: president biden is clinging to his promise of student debt relief after the supreme court struck down the $400 billion handout for borrowers. the president says his administration has a new plan involving the higher education act of 1965, and supposedly falls in the constraints of the court s decision. fox business correspondent grady trimble is live from the white house. what s in president biden s plan b for debt forgiveness. hey, bryan, two parts to plan b. the first, so-called on ramp for loan repayment and while that s going on, the second part comes in. the president wants another crack at cancelling student loan debt even after the supreme court overturned that executive order last week. the white house says interest will start accruing on student loans in a couple of months, september 1st. borrowers will have to start payments once again in october. if they miss a payment in the
