graham and myself have raised questions about whether the obama administration abused those authorities not to fight terrorism but target americans for political reasons. bill: catherine herridge joins us now with more on that. good morning. the hearing with government watchdogs including michael horowitz begins at any moment. his draft findings on alleged fisa abuse are with the justice department and f.b.i. for review. the former f.b.i. deputy director andrew mccabe under threat of indictment for misleading investigators is attacking horowitz into mccabe s activities. he is a cnn contributor and he took his complaints to prime time last night. i absolutely reject the findings and the conclusions of the i.g. report that accuse me of exhibiting a lack of candor in several instances. i reject them. i never intentionally misled anyone about anything and
anything to add to that? is this someone you know and are familiar with? it s someone who has a long and distinguished career. he will do a fine job and the president gets to choose who he thinks is best in that position. that s not something that is confirmed by the senate. that has to do with the trust of the president and that individual for the information that he receives. sandra: not subject to senate confirmation. important point to get in there. want to ask you about the latest news in this report over the weekend in the new york times, the story that was published on justice kavanaugh. there continues to be fallout from that. also mentioning your colleague senator lindsey graham. he had something to say on that on hannity last night and i want to get your response. two united states senators running for president have called for kavanaugh s impeachment based on the article in the new york times that foixed. a member of the house has introduced an impeachment resoluti
violation but there s no question you can have a public charge test which is based on the proposition you can t come to this country and try to get citizenship status if you re going to be a public charge. in the old days you couldn t even begin the trip over unless you had a sponsor, a relative who greed, hey, if this agreed, hey, if this person ends up poor, i ll take care of him or her so they don t always go on welfare. that s always been a feature of immigration law in this country. sandra: meanwhile, questions over what happens next with the case against jeffery epstein and of course his victims and the assets he still has. ken starr was on hannity last night and said this. i m very disstressed by the fact the day after he was visiting with his defense lawyers, he is found dead. that strikes me as very very
