OMV Petrom, the largest fuel producer in Romania, has announced at the Bucharest Stock Exchange that it has commenced the process to delist and to cancel trading of the GDRs at the London Stock Exchange because of investors’ low interest.
The company noted low investor interest in GDRs, as well as increased interest in BSE-listed shares OMV Petrom management anticipates that the last day of trading of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange will be 25 October 2023
