The Korean Embassy in the Philippines on Wednesday turned over a food truck to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) that can be used to provide hot meals to people affected by disasters and emergencies.

The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Wednesday, May 26, received a food truck from the Korean Embassy in the Philippines to be used when helping people who are affected by disasters and emergencies.
The food truck donated by the Korean Embassy to PRC is equipped with a complete mini-kitchen set up capable of cooking, preparing, and serving hot meals for at least 800 persons during an eight-hour operation. (Photo from PH Red Cross)
The turnover ceremony was led by PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Senator Richard J. Gordon and Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Inchul Kim at the PRC National Headquarters in Mandaluyong City.
