Omnigo Acquires Incident Management Company Behind Rhodium
With the acquisition of Incident Response Technologies, Inc., the public-safety management company adds a new module to its suite for law enforcement and several hundred new customers.
The public-safety software company Omnigo Software has made another investment in the law enforcement market, acquiring Incident Response Technologies, Inc.
According to public statements from executives of both companies in a news release this week, the deal was about combining their products and customer base, both of which overlap somewhat.
Omnigo’s platform includes suites of customizable applications for law enforcement, campus security, casino security and workplace safety, and the acquisition of IRT has meant an expansion of its law enforcement suite. Riverside adds on Incident Response Technologies of Colorado to Omnigo Software platform

The Riverside Co. has acquired Incident Response Technologies Inc. of Greenwood Village, Colo., as an add-on for its Omnigo Software platform.
Terms of the deal, the fifth tuck-in deal for Omnigo since Riverside acquired it in fall 2016, were not disclosed.
Incident Response is a provider of incident management software and makers of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite. This makes it a proper fit for Omnigo, which is described as a provider of public safety, incident and security management solutions for law enforcement, education, health care, public safety and other enterprises.
