Mostafa El Feki honors Tharwat Okasha’s family in his library On Thursday, Dr. Mostafa El Feki, Director of the Library of Alexandria, honored Tharwat Okasha’s family during an intellectual meeting entitled “Tharwat Okasha. Between Politics & Culture.” Moreover, El Feki honored Minister of Culture Ines Abdel-Dayem and Major General Mohamed El-Sherif, Governor of Alexandria, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Okasha, Professor of Psychiatry. El Feki asserted that Okasha was extremely loyal to his Egyptian identity, noting that cultural goods are the most expensive among Egypt’s exports to the Arab and Islamic world. The symposium was organized by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to celebrate Okasha’s centenary.
