Officers were spending to a 911 call at a him on sherman street last night when she shot killed a suspect that happened at 5 00. The call was that someone with a knife was trying to break into a strangers home. Police say when they ariffed the man charged at officers while holding the myself and they ordered him to drop the weapon but he did not and the officers opened fire hitting him at least once. The man was taken to the hospital where he died.
They do plan to present the case by the end of today. Police do believe this is the man who killed and possibly a friend and roommate and dismembered him, leaving the torso and hims in a suitcase.
