K Surendran Kochi: BJP state president K Surendran and BJP leader who is in charge of Kerala election and Karnataka former deputy chief minister Ashwath Narayanan reached KCBC headquarters here on Monday. They held talks with Syro Malabar church major archbishop Mar George Alencherry. Addressing the media after the meeting, K Surendran stated that the meeting was personal. “The meeting was just a personal matter. I reached here to have breakfast with the bishop. I didn’t discuss elections with him. There is no politics in the meeting,” said Surendran. BJP’s election campaign rally will commence from Ernakulam on Monday. It is reported that Surendran visited the bishop as part of this.
